By 2028, new matters and workspaces will move to the vendor's cloud environment, with limited customer and geographic exceptions. Existing matters and workspaces can continue to be supported on the legacy server platform.

Now
Inventory active and planned matters, hosting revenue, data restrictions, integrations, and hardware.
Before 2028
Deploy and validate an on-premises replacement. Migrate selected workspaces and train administrators.
January 1, 2028
Plan for new matters to begin on your replacement platform unless a limited exception applies.
After cutover
Continue legacy access as permitted while standardizing new work on QuikServer.
